
Return and Refund Policy
At Hunt Auto Supply, we strive to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure that you have a hassle-free return experience:
Before returning anything, contact your sales representative to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Hunt Auto Supply accepts returns within 15 days of the purchase date for credit only.
After 15 days, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Accounts must be current and in good standing with Hunt Auto Supply to make a return or price adjustment, and any past due balances must be paid before credits are applied.

Returns must be in unused, resalable condition to receive a full credit, and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Special orders and customized products cannot be returned.
​
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
​
Chargebacks and refunds will not be issued for payments made electronically through our merchant service after 15 days.
​
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restock fee and applicable shipping and handling charges.

Additional charges may apply if the product is not returned in its original packaging and in 100% complete condition.
​
All credits are redeemable for product only and must be used within 120 days.
​
An attempted rejection of goods must be explicit and timely to be effective.
​
Failure to make an effective rejection of goods within a reasonable time renders the buyer liable for payment of the purchase price.
